Do you offer free shipping? 
Yes! We offer free standard DHL or Speed Post shipping for all orders. Delivery time is 7-9 days for most countries.

Where do I enter my discount code?
Enter your code on the CHECKOUT page, before going to the PayPal payment. You'll find the CHECKOUT link on the top right corner of the site. Please note you cannot add the discount code while in the CART and have to proceed to the CHECKOUT page.

What are the payment options?
All our payments are handled by PayPal and charged in Singapore Dollar (SGD). You may choose to pay with credit card (MasterCard, American Express, Visa) or pay through your PayPal account. Registering a PayPal account is simple and safe. For more details, visit: www.paypal.com

Is my credit card charged at the time of purchase?
We only charge the purchase when our inventory system has confirmed the items are in stock and ready to be sent to you. 

What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. We only accept unworn items and all tags must be in place. Please email us to request a returns form and return address.

How will I receive my refund for a returned item?
Refunds will be given via the same method you used for the original payment. Regretfully the shipping charges are not refundable unless the item has a defect.

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you do not need to register. However, registering will make your future shopping sessions quicker and easier.

How to care for my kaftans?
Many of our clothes include hand stitched embellishments and fine fabrics, and as such, need to be handled with love and care. Please follow the instructions attached to the garments.
